Changes in Ordinance № N-4 from 2007 г. for implementation of the Intrastat system

In State Gazette (DV) 39 from 02.05.2023 is published an updated version of the Ordinance №  N-4 from 2007 г. for implementation of the Intrastat system. The changes are in relation to the necessity of adapting the current ordinance to the updated conditions of applying the Intrastat system underlying in the changes and additions to the Statistics of Intra-Community Trade In Goods Act published in DV 61 from 2022 and the new EU Intrastat regulations.
